Dan has served Saint Joe’s for 14 years and has dedicated his entire career to the field of disability services in Ohio. Prior to his executive leadership roles, he worked directly as a counselor supporting individuals in achieving employment goals. As CEO, Dan is passionate about working alongside a skilled and dedicated team to ensure every person served receives exceptional care and opportunities to reach their fullest potential. Outside of work, Dan enjoys music, bicycle touring, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Allison, their three children, and three dogs.

Chief Operating Officer

Eunice has served Saint Joe’s since 2014 and brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience rooted in community organizing and organizational development. Her work centers on justice, service, and building strong operational foundations. She is inspired by Saint Joe’s commitment to excellence in the everyday—choosing what is right over what is easy—and values the collective dedication of the entire community to live out that principle.

Chief Development Officer

Lucienne has been part of Saint Joe’s for six years and leads the Advancement Team as Chief Development Officer. She works closely with the organization’s generous community of supporters, focusing on major gifts and planned giving to ensure long-term sustainability. Lucienne is proud to support an organization with a rich history of serving some of society’s most vulnerable individuals and helping secure its future for generations to come. She has lived in Mexico, Eswatini, and Morocco and loves to travel.

Vice President of Human Resources

Jason has served Saint Joe’s for two years as Vice President of Human Resources. He focuses on strategic people initiatives, process improvement, and staff development across all levels of the organization. Jason believes Saint Joe’s culture is what sets it apart and is passionate about strengthening that culture through mission-driven leadership and team support. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active through golf and skiing.

Director of Quality & Compliance

Maria has been with Saint Joe’s for eight years and serves as Director of Quality & Compliance. Her expertise includes regulatory compliance and health informatics, ensuring systems and processes support high standards of care. Maria is proud to be part of a community that is deeply passionate about people and where the strength of that commitment is felt at every level of the organization. In her free time, she enjoys building intricate wooden miniature book nooks.

Medical Director

Dr. Susan Wiley has worked with Saint Joe’s for 25 years and brings extensive expertise in caring for individuals with genetic syndromes and complex medical needs, including Trisomy 21 and CHARGE syndrome. Within the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, she partners closely with Saint Joe’s staff to ensure residents receive personalized care that supports their health and overall wellbeing. Dr. Wiley is inspired by the team’s passion and deep knowledge of each resident. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in the Saint Joe’s 5K “Incline to the Finish Line,” often racing alongside residents and their dedicated supporters.

Director of Nursing

Melissa has been with Saint Joe’s since 2014 and previously served as a floor nurse from 1998–2006. She also gained experience at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center before returning to Saint Joe’s. Melissa is an active participant in both the Developmental Disability Nurses Association and the Pediatric Complex Care Association. As a nurse leader, she values compassion, teamwork, dignity, and growth—principles she sees reflected daily in the care provided to residents and the support offered to staff.

Director of Programming

Jeni brings 35 years of experience in the field, including more than six years at Saint Joe’s. A social worker by training, she has served in roles ranging from DSP to Executive Director and has extensive experience in leadership, training, and education. Jeni’s connection to Saint Joe’s is deeply personal—her sister lived here for 27 years, and she witnessed firsthand the compassion and commitment of the team. She takes pride in mentoring Program Managers and fostering both excellence and joy in the workplace.

Director of Day Services

With 40 years of experience in education and nonprofit service, John leads Saint Joe’s Day Services program. His expertise lies in team leadership and creating opportunities for growth for both participants and staff. John is deeply committed to advancing opportunities for individuals who have been marginalized and believes small acts of kindness can transform someone’s day. He is especially passionate about helping team members build skills and grow in their careers. Outside of work, John enjoys gardening and live music.

Director of Waiver Residential Programs

Chris began his career in developmental disabilities services in 2019 as a Program Service Manager in the ICF before advancing to Director of Waiver Residential Programs in 2021. He brings valuable hospitality experience to his leadership approach, emphasizing person-centered support, teamwork, and smooth operations. Chris is focused on creating respectful, supportive environments where individuals can use their strengths and team members feel empowered to make a meaningful difference.

Director of Facilities & Infrastructure

With 18 years of experience, Drew oversees multiple operational departments that support the daily success of Saint Joe’s. His expertise includes facility management, preventative maintenance strategy, and leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Drew is committed to optimizing operations, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every environment across campus is safe, efficient, and supportive of high-quality care.

Rachel has served Saint Joe’s for over two years as Director of Executive & Board Operations. She holds both a Master’s in History and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Rachel is also a published author, having chronicled the history of the Woman’s City Club of Greater Cincinnati. She is inspired by Saint Joe’s collaborative and compassionate community and the shared dedication to embracing each person’s unique potential. Rachel enjoys reading, traveling, baking, learning languages, and spending time at home in Northern Kentucky with her partner and their cat.
