Located throughout the area, each home supports four residents in a close-knit setting focused on independence and inclusion. Residents participate in everyday activities such as shopping, volunteering, and attending local events, building both confidence and community.
Individualized Care, Every Day
Every resident at Saint Joe’s receives care built around their individual needs, preferences, and goals. Our team combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion to create an environment where each person feels valued and supported.
Medications Managed with Precision
Medications are administered with accuracy and care by trained professionals. Every dose is verified and monitored to ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being.
Daily Routines, Handled with Heart
From bathing and dressing to mobility and daily activities, our staff provides the assistance residents need with patience, respect, and kindness. Each moment of care is delivered with heart and a focus on dignity.
Managed Care
The Community Homes include support from a dedicated nurse who oversees residents’ health and works closely with medical providers. This built-in clinical guidance ensures consistent, proactive care and gives families confidence that their loved ones are always in good hands.

Community is at the heart of Saint Joe’s. We provide over 7,000 trips annually for residents at our main campus and nearly 1,800 for those in community homes. Whether it’s a therapy appointment, grocery outing, or a simple drive through the park, each trip is an opportunity for engagement and independence.
